City bikers in Belgium?

Belgium is one of the countries in Europe that according to statistics have plenty of city bikers. Some people take the bicycle to work. However, it is still not as common as for example in the Scandinavian countries. You see mountain bikes as well as traditional citybikes. The use of bicycles is promoted by the authorities, and more and more bicycle lanes are being created. Biking is also a quite popular sport, practiced on weekends.
